I had the most amazing stay at a lovely guest house with excellent facilities. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The property was very modern, with private entrances and terraces. The open plan lounge and kitchen diner were perfect for relaxing and socializing. The cleanliness of the hostel was outstanding, probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was even free coffee and tea available. I loved the fact that my dorm room had its own small terrace where I could enjoy the view. The location was ideal, with a cafe across the street and a mini-market nearby. The highlight of my stay was waking up to the breathtaking view of Pico mountain every morning. I highly recommend this fantastic hostel for its cleanliness, facilities, and friendly host.

High level bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, nice rooms with balcony, cupboards, and air conditioning. Super spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful balcony view. I recently stayed at Marficas in Sao J and it was amazing. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport and ferry in Velas. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a large balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped and the owner was lovely and kind. The hillside location offered beautiful views of Pico and there were great restaurants nearby. it was a very nice stay with everything we needed.
